COLLECTING THE BRIEF
The brief is made up of a number of components, which are necessary to relate your expectations to the designer. It allows Anita to establish a clear scope of work and design considerations.
Firstly Anita will meet with you in your home to discuss the brief. She will guide you through preparing the brief. Some of the things you can expect to discuss will be:
* Style of window furnishings
* Colour of fabrics to suit your existing / new home.
* Budget
* Lead times for installing the curtains
Anita will also give you a rough idea of fabric and curtain making costs.
CONCEPT & DESIGN
Having achieved a firm design brief, Anita will then put together a fixed price quote for finding the right window fabrics, taking into consideration things such as existing / new furniture, interior colour scheme, personal style and other applicable factors. Once the quote is approved. Anita will then start gathering relevant fabrics from the textile library in Wellington and bring them to your home for approval. The turn around for this process is around a week.
COSTS
Once we have found the perfect materials for your window treatments. Anita will then give you a fixed price quote for the curtains and lead times for the installation, typical 2 weeks.
INSTALLATION
A deposit is taken. The curtains are made and installed. Anita will oversee this process and make sure that you are happy with the installation.
Anita will present a vast and unique selection of fabric, using her creative talent to help you select the fabric best suited to enhance the homes decor and furniture.
